1. About Simply Fuelled
Simply Fuelled provides downloadable digital recipe packs and related food and lifestyle content through simplyfuelled.co.uk.
2. Digital products
All Simply Fuelled recipe packs are digital products supplied as downloadable files. No physical product will be posted to you.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods available at checkout.
4. Delivery of your download
Once payment has been completed successfully, your digital product will be made available for download. Please ensure the email address you provide at checkout is correct, as this may be used to send your order confirmation and download information.
5. Cancellations and refunds
As our recipe packs are digital downloads, you have a 14-day right to cancel unless you choose to access the digital content during that period. If you choose to receive your download immediately, you will be asked to consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once the download becomes available. This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise not supplied as required by law.
